SARGODHA: The district administration and Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) signed a memorandum of understanding to start courses for transgender people.
Speaking at the ceremony here on Wednesday, Commissioner Nadeem Mehboob said that courses of tailoring and beautician woul
d start in Sargodha, Khushab and Sillanwali tehsils in the first phase.
